Offering requirements

At SharesPost, we strive to ensure that our members are presented with the opportunity to invest in the most attractive late-stage private companies. As part of this effort to ensure quality, we require that the private placements offered to our members meet certain requirements. Private placements posted on SharesPost must:

• Be managed by one of a select group of financial advisors or investment banks;
• Have a minimum offering size of $10 million;
• Be for an issuer maintaining a SharesPost bulletin board;
• Be for an issuer meeting certain other requirements – see our Company Requirements
