Suggest a Company to Add to SharesPost
SharesPost members can request we create a new bulletin board for any private company. Just fill out the form below and click Submit. We generally take a few days to review your submission and we may do some independent analysis of the company. Then we will email you to let you know whether the company you nominated is right for SharesPost.
In recommending a company to us, please remember that we aim to make sure that only stable, profitable, high quality companies are represented on SharesPost. Toward that end, we consider the following factors in evaluating your request:
- the size and stage of the company (bigger and later is better)
- quality of the investors in the company
- the likely interest of SharesPost members in posting or executing contracts for the company’s shares
- the company’s industry (technology is our primary focus, but we support companies in other sectors as well)
- the company’s likely support of a SharesPost bulletin board for its shares
